About Us

Hi! We're the Baxters.

I am Elizabeth and the handsome gentleman in the picture is my husband Bill. We have a son Jack, and he is an absolute delight.

I love capturing the beauty and joy of life in photos. This passion has only continued to grow through these recent years of making photography a centerpiece of my life. I've learned so much through study and research, but especially through taking tons and tons of pictures.

Recently, I have also had the privilege of interning with two amazing photographers who were so generous and pleased to share their wealth of knowledge and experience with me.

Few things are more satisfying to me than interacting with people and giving them beautiful pictures, that tell and preserve a glimpse of their story. I love it!

I wish I could fully introduce you to us. A few, short paragraphs certainly aren’t enough to sum up all of our extraordinary qualities and reveal to you what a lovely, artistic, adventurous young family we are! ;) I suppose we could list all the things we like and don't like...but in the end you wouldn't really know us that much better.

Hopefully, you’d love us more and more the better you knew us. :)

We met, fell in love, married each other and we can’t imagine living a happier, more grace-filled life. We met at work, changed jobs to continue to work together, and have learned that almost nothing makes life more lovely than weaving the activity of life together with the one you love.

It is now our hope and endeavor to expand photography into our full-time, shared vocation. We work better together. We love living our days together. All the little stuff too! Coffee, tasty food, good conversation, relaxing evenings, reading, adventuring, making and listening to good music and so many other daily gifts add to the joy of our lives.

We are also surrounded by our extended family, and they are a constant source of encouragement and happiness. If you're interested in what we care about the most, check out http://enjoyinggrace.org. My dad beautifully articulates a vision for life that really drives who we are. It's good. We are eager to move forward in our life, growing in our love for each other, and building our family as we pursue the good life that God has in store for us.
